If you haven't jumped aboard the crystal bandwagon yet, have you been - excuse the pun - living under a rock? Celebrities swear by their powers, there's a plethora of skincare infused with the rocks and they're said to have incredibly healing powers.

The latest and greatest trend in the world of crystal beauty is gua sha, which is taking over our Instagram feeds.

Used for thousands of years by the elite women of ancient Chinese dynasties, gua sha is a tool made from crystal (usually rose quartz or jade). The tool hugs the curves of your face and neck to increase blood circulation, refining and smoothing your skin, as well as stimulating a variety of acupressure points.

We are now carrying these beautiful Jade Gua Shas 🌿✨ Traditionally used in China for hundreds of years to help carious ailments on the body, this modernized tool has been designed to glide across the various contours on the face 💆🏽‍♀️ The points can be used to stimulate pressure points between eyebrows and on the base of your neck (for migraines). The groove can be used around your jawline for TMJ and tension, and the large curves to gently massage your face for Lymphatic drainage as well as microcirculation and anti-aging benefits! This little multi-purpose tool is a GEM, and we have been obsessed with them! 😍 ⠀ -⠀ -⠀ When you purchase our Jade Gua Sha, we include a sample of our Face Serum, as well as a card with a detailed diagram of the massaging patterns you show follow to receive the most amounts of benefits. Available for pre-order now, we will be shipping them out mid-week, so reserve yours today!

Beauty e-tailers like Cult Beauty have long been championing the tool and one of their best-selling versions is the Jade Gua Sha by White Lotus, which, sadly, is so popular that it's currently out of stock (see, we told you it's a thing!).

The £28.99 tool is designed to stimulate your skin cells, transforming your complexion. "Traditionally used to reduce signs of ageing, the gentle stroking action of this trusted tool increases blood circulation to refine, tone and smooth skin," says the e-tailer.

"Maintaining a cool temperature, it refreshes skin and helps to close pores for a more even appearance. As well as this, it can reduce sagging, blotches and bags and lines around the eyes, quickly revitalising skin."

And skincare experts are also using the tool in their beauty treatments. The Urban Warrior Facial by Annee de Mamiel at The Ned utilises the tool to help release locked in tension from stressed facial muscles. The tool is used at the end of the facial to increase circulation, healing and an energised complexion, while enhancing the lymph flow (goodbye, puffy skin!).

Want to incorporate the tool into your beauty regime but have no idea where to begin? This handy tutorial will help..
