Beauty on a budget.

Whilst we have a penchant for a good Chanel bronzer, nothing beats a bargain beauty buy.

From Collection's £1.50 waterproof liquid eyeliner that does.not.budge to a trusty Rimmel foundation that provides an unrivalled lit-from-within glow, we always hold a torch for high street and pharmacy beauty buys here at GLAMOUR HQ. In fact, we even compiled a list of 100 of the best high street beauty buys right here.

The latest budget beauty buy to get people talking online is a purse-friendly shaving cream from US pharmacy, Trader Joe's.

The Trader Joe’s Honey Mango Moisturizing Cream Shave, £3.99, is receiving rave reviews on Reddit - the honest beauty forum we pore over.

“The mango shave cream is my holy grail, desert island product. Nothing compares," wrote one user, while others said it was an absolute household staple with their husbands obsessing over it, too.

Fans claim it leaves their skin silky-smooth post-shave and is ideal for sensitive skin prone to pesky ingrown hairs and shaving rash.
"I've been struggling to find a shave cream/gel that I like - and I've tried a lot of them. I love this one. Goes on well, is great for shaving in the shower, doesn't clog my razor, doesn't rinse off with little water but also isn't hard to rinse off," wrote one impressed fan on Amazon.

The brand claim that the cream was specifically formulated without the use of harsh ingredients and is tested for gentleness. "In fact, we designed it for sensitive skin - it’s cream based, non-foaming, free of parabens, and enriched with aloe vera & vitamin E," they write on their website.

"Many high-end brands advertise their moisturising shave creams as being gentle and non-irritating. And then they charge you handsomely for the favour. That’s not very gentle. We’ll happily provide the gentle, non-irritating shave cream, along with a gentle price."
